Terms and Conditions

Hi! Before you contact me I need you to read the terms and conditions, because I'm describing some limitations that I have when drawing, mainly to avoid misundertandings, discussions and/or incoveniences between the client and the artist, thanks c:

GENERAL TERMS

I DON'T DRAW:

NSFW, Gore, Yuri, Yaoi, Animals, Lolis, Furrys, Cars, Vehicles, Hate art.

I DO DRAW:

Clothes Design, Character Design, Fanarts, Oc's, Character Sheets, Romantic Draws, Photos, Black & White, Logos, Criatures, Superheroes, Villains, Cyberpunk, Steampunk, Pokémon.

THE ORDER IN WHICH I WILL WORK:

The commissions will be made on a first-come, first-served basis

WHEN WILL I REFUSE A COMMISSION:

The commissions may be rejected if I am not comfortable with the character, situation, event or anything else I am not comfortable working with

WORK TERMS

THE ORDER OF WORK:

  1. - After the order has been successfully placed, I will start with the first sketch.

  2. - After the sketch is finished, it will be sent with my watermark to the client for review.

  3. - After making the necessary corrections to the sketch I will continue the process to finish the final product which will be sent to the client

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

You will receive a drawing in traditional format without a watermark (The drawing will be scanned for better quality)

  • The signature cannot be erased from the final drawing

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to one week (working days).Estimated delivery time of the final product is up to two weeks (working days).

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Private/personal situations (school, family or other situations that prevent me from working)

  • The complexity of another drawing/commission

PAYMENT TERMS:

- Payment method is via Paypal
- You can make the payment in the following moments:

  • Before starting first sketch

  • After reviewing the first sketch and make the corresponding corrections

I will not start the final work until I have received the payment

REFUND TERMS:

A refund will only be made if the sketch was delivered and the client doesn't want to continue with the processIf the client is not satisfied with the final result, there will be no refund

TERMS OF USE:

COPYRIGHT:

The rights of each commission/drawing are entirely mine. The work cannot be attributed to another artist or to the client who ordered it.

USAGE RIGHTS:

The use of the commission depends on whether it is to be used for personal or commercial purposes.

  • If the commission is to be used for personal purposes (profile pictures, a gift for someone, etc) it cannot be used to generate money.

  • If the commission is going to be used for commercial purposes you can use it to generate money (as a logo for a band, company or business), but to ask for a commission for commercial purposes it is necessary and mandatory to contact me (prices and terms change in this case).

- I have the right to publish the commissions in my social networks and use them as an example for future commissions if the client allows it.

If you place an order or contact me, I assume that you have read and accept the terms and conditions explained above.

What do I need to make your commission?

If you are interested in my commissions I will need you to send me a message with the following information:

(Some things change depending on what the client asks for, for example a clothing design, a logo/profile picture, etc.)

PRICES

  • Character's body/physical references (description or photo).

  • Character's personality (grumpy, playful, serious, etc.)

  • Background description (optional)

  • Is the drawing going to be for personal or commercial purposes?

  • Extra specifications (expressions, poses, actions, etc.) (optional)

  • Do you prefer to send the payment before or after seeing the first sketch?

These are tha base prices for headshot/icons, halfbody and fullbody, but if the client asks for a drawing other than these three types the price varies depending on what the client asks for and the difficulty of the commision, this also applies for headshot/icons, halfbody and fullbody
